Hi, We're Heather and Ashley!
We specialize in working with teens, young adults, and their families to help young people thrive. Together, we have a combined 35 years of national and international experience working with diverse teens and parents offering academic, risk prevention, social-emotional, wellness, trauma response, and transitional supports. In other words, we’re experts at supporting teens
Teens embrace us as coaches because we become their mentors instead of their “counselors.” We’re a trusted confidant, guide, and role model… plus, we support you as the parents too. This = real impact.
Program Spotlight!
International Tennis Hall of Fame
In addition to one-on-one youth coaching, we also offer programmatic support to youth-serving organizations. Currently, Island Youth Coaching proudly serves as the official “off court coaches” at the International Tennis Hall of Fame’s TeamFAME program for under-resourced youth. This partnership included a full program assessment, initial staff training, custom curriculum development, and bi-weekly sessions on social-emotional, conflict management, and life skills.
